Ready for an adventure in the Tyrolean mountains?

Our charming alpine chalet is located at 1,300 m in the Kitzbühel Alps in Brixen im Thale and is just a 10-minute walk from the popular lake Filzalmsee. The approximately 580 m² property is fenced and, in true Tyrolean style, surrounded by alpine meadows and grazing cows.
You can drive up to within 50 m of the chalet. Fenced parking is available about 200 m from the cabin.

The chalet’s 63 m² living space includes a modern kitchen, a spacious living and dining area, a cozy bedroom and a bathroom with a toilet and shower.
The living area also features 3 additional sleeping spots and an original Tyrolean tiled stove.

The 30 m² sun deck invites you to relax and unwind. The large garden features an open fire pit and a BBQ grill. In the hammock, you can completely hang loose and let your gaze wander over the Kitzbühel Alps.
