Spanning 85 m², it features 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom including a shower and toilet.

The spacious kitchen-living room is fully equipped with a large dining table, TV, and a king-size sofa.

For extra privacy, the third bedroom is separated and located one floor higher.
