Our Zirbe apartment is currently being newly built and will welcome its first guests from the 2026/27 winter season. Located on the second floor, the apartment combines modern comfort with plenty of space for up to six guests.
As Apartment Zirbe is currently under construction, we are not yet able to show you original photos of the finished apartment. You can look forward to the familiar cozy atmosphere of the Grittlmühle, combined with modern, high-quality furnishings and plenty of attention to detail. As soon as construction is complete, we will of course publish up-to-date photos of the new apartment.
Apartment Zirbe can already be booked for stays from the 2026/27 winter season onwards.
Whether you are planning a skiing holiday in winter, hiking and cycling in summer, or simply a relaxing mountain getaway, the new Zirbe apartment is an ideal base for your holiday in Brixen im Thale and the Kitzbühel Alps.
The apartment features two bedrooms, each furnished with one double bed and one single bed, making Zirbe an excellent choice for families, friends or couples travelling together. There are also two modern bathrooms, providing plenty of comfort and privacy even when the apartment is fully occupied.
At the heart of the new apartment is the spacious and fully equipped kitchen, offering plenty of room for cooking, enjoying meals together and spending relaxed evenings after an exciting day in the mountains.
Another highlight is the private balcony – the perfect place to enjoy the fresh Tyrolean mountain air and start or end your day at a leisurely pace.
